Club Tropicana Edinburgh Rewards privacy notice

We use your name and email to create and secure your rewards identity, issue your QR pass, provide sign-in links, prevent abuse, and record venue visits.

Submitting the Club Tropicana Edinburgh Rewards form also enrols your email in that club’s Brevo list so Club Tropicana Edinburgh can send rewards, news, and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time without losing your pass.

Pass identity and visit records are shared only as needed to validate the pass and operate the rewards network. Operators for another club cannot see your name or email unless you joined that club.
